摘 要:采用冲击弹性波和超声波法对预制装配式剪力墙结构钢筋套筒连接节点的灌浆饱满度进行了检测,对比分析了竖向"梅花形"和双排对称套筒连接节点不同工况下的测试结果。结果表明,超声波法可通过声速值的变化判别出套筒连接节点的灌浆饱满度,冲击弹性波法可通过频谱图中卓越频率、测区名义厚度和反射时间的变化判别出套筒连接节点的灌浆饱满度;对于双排对称套筒连接节点,超声波法难以确定正反面哪根套筒具有脱空缺陷,而冲击弹性波法可通过卓越频率的变化判别出正反面每根套筒的灌浆饱满度。The impact elastic wave and ultrasonic wave were used to test the grouting fullness of the connection node of prefabricated shear wall structure, and the test results of the vertical plum blossom shape and double row symmetric sleeve joints under different working conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show that the ultrasonic wave can judge the grouting fullness of the joint of the sleeve by the change of the sound velocity value, and the impact elastic wave can determine the grouting quality of the joint of the sleeve through the excellent frequency in the spectrogram, the thickness of the reflection in the survey area and the reflection time. For the double-row symmetrical sleeve connection node, it is difficult for ultrasonic waves to determine which sleeve has a void defect on the front and back sides, but the impact elastic wave can discriminate the specific grouting fullness of each sleeve on both sides of the front and back by the change of the excellent frequency.
