摘 要:利用合成孔径雷达采集到的海上影像数据,可以全天时、全天候对海上溢油问题进行实时自动监测,海面溢油在SAR图像上呈现为明显的暗斑,海洋、大气现象等因素形成(通常称之为类油膜)也会在SAR图像上呈现出暗斑痕迹,为实际溢油情况判定增加了多种疑似类的不确定因素。通过在形状、灰度及纹理方面的差异对比,得到类油膜在纹理特征的概率密度分布上与油膜的各项性能指标有明显差异性,该方法对于提升自动监测系统有参考价值。In the many means of oil spill monitoring over sea surface,space-borne synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is an advanced sensor,capable of providing high-resolution observations under all-weather and day-night conditions.The backscattering over oil spill area is relatively lower than the surroundings because sea surface capillary and short gravity waves are damped by the oil spills.Generally,signatures of oil spills are visible as dark targets in SAR images,which is helpful to detect or segment areas of interest.However,dark targets appear on SAR images can also be formed by oceanic or atmospheric phenomena and they are therefore referred to as looks-alike.In order to improve the technical specifications of the sea surface oil spill automatic monitoring system,it is very necessary and meaningful to study the differences in shape,gray and texture features between oil spill and looks-alike.
