摘  要:针对内河水域特点,运用系统工程分析方法,提出江段划分的思路,建立包括油品运输量分析、风险评估、环境敏感分析等步骤的内河区域性溢油风险评估方法。以长江干线某段水域为案例进行分析,给出评估结论。According to the characteristics of inland waters,the idea of river segment division was put forward by system engineering analysis method.The risk assessment method for in inland rivers was established,including oil transportation volume analysis,risk assessment,environmental sensitivity analysis and other steps.Taking a section of the Yangtze river as an example,the evaluation results and conclusion were given.
