摘　　要：治理理念与实践的发展对档案工作产生了巨大的影响。档案工作融入治理实践是新时期档案事业对外部发展环境作出的积极回应,也是档案事业突破发展瓶颈,实现改革创新发展的必然选择。在治理实践的推动下,档案工作要在思维理念、制度规范、技术应用以及人员等方面不断改革完善,从而促进档案治理水平的提高与档案事业的良好发展。The development of governance concept and practices has produced great influence on the archival work.Archival work blending in governance practices is one kind of positive response to the external development environment.It's also one inevitable choice for archival work to break through the development bottleneck and conduct reform and innovation.Driven by governance practices,archival works should be constantly reformed and improved in terms of thinking concept,institutional norms,technical application and personnel,in order to upgrade the archives management level and ensure healthy development of archival work.
