摘　　要：供应链生态系统监管与生态经济相互协调是我国促进经济社会可持续发展的重要途径,新常态下供应链生态系统监管水平能够直接影响我国生态经济发展结构转变。基于此,揭示目前供应链生态系统监管与生态经济关系结构失调的原因,构建供应链生态系统监管与生态经济可持续发展的创新模式,提出供应链生态系统监管与生态经济可持续发展的机制创新与实现路径及政策建议。研究表明:形成"共建--共治--共享--共担"多边可持续发展的监管综合范式,即共建:以统一思想和转变发展方式为前提,建立创新发展思路。共治:以营造宏观制度环境为保证,建立综合决策机制加快体制创新。共享:以化解生态经济约束为基础,建立立体保障机制改善发展质态。共担:以强化供应链生态系统监管功能为突破,建立整体运行机制实现管理创新。对促进供应链生态系统监管与生态经济相互协调,推进"生态文明建设"战略具有重要作用。从被动治标走向主动治本,从而在根源上为提升新时代供应链生态系统监管与生态经济可持续发展水平提供参考借鉴。supply chain ecosystem regulation and ecological economic coordination is the important way of promoting sustainable economic and social development in our country,under the new normal supply chain ecosystem regulation level can directly influence the ecological economy development of our country structural transformation.Regulation based on this,the paper reveals the current supply chain ecosystem and ecological economic relations is the reason behind the imbalanced structure,building supply chain ecosystem regulation and innovation model for the sustainable development of ecological economy,puts forward the supply chain ecosystem regulation and mechanism innovation and the implementation path for the sustainable development of ecological economy and policy recommendations.Studies show that form"-work-sharing,sharing"multilateral regulation integrated paradigm of sustainable development,namely to build:on the premise of unification thought and the transformation of the mode of development and establish innovative development ideas.Rule:to build system of macro environment as the guarantee,establish comprehensive decision-making mechanism to speed up the institutional innovation.Sharing:on the basis of resolving ecological economic constraints,the establishment of a three-dimensional security mechanism to improve the development quality,and the state.Sharing:to strengthen the supply chain ecosystem regulation function as the breakthrough,to establish the overall operating mechanism to achieve management innovation.To promote supply chain ecosystem regulation and ecological economic coordination,promote the construction of"ecological civilization"strategy plays an important role.Co-authors from passive to active,thus in order to promote a new era in the source of the supply chain ecosystem regulation and ecological sustainable development level to provide a reference.
