摘　　要：间质性肺病(ILD)是类风湿关节炎(RA)的常见并发症,预后极差,约占类风湿关节炎相关死亡的7%。目前,RA相关间质性肺疾病(RA-ILD)的诊断方法非常有限,而血清标志物检测简单易行,对疾病的早期诊断、疗效和预后评价具有重要意义。目前,对RA-ILD血清标志物的研究主要集中在涎液化糖链抗原(KL-6)、抗环瓜氨酸化蛋白抗体、类风湿因子、白细胞介素家族、基质金属蛋白酶、肿瘤相关抗原、肺表面活性蛋白(SP)-A和SP-D等方面。现拟对这些相关的血清标志物进行综述。Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is a common complication of rheumatoid arthritis,with a poor prognosis,accounting for about 7%of rheumatoid arthritis-related deaths.At present,the diagnostic methods of RA related interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD)are very limited,but the detection of serum markers is simple and easy,which is of great significance for the early diagnosis,curative effect evaluation and prognosis.Currently,the research on serum markers of RA-ILD is mainly focused on Krebs Von den Lungen-6,anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody,rheumatoid factor,interleukin,matrix metalloproteinases,tumor-associated antigens,Lung surfactant protein(SP)-A and SP-D and so on.This article reviews these related serum markers.
