Jadad量表法评价医院眼科病区5-氟尿嘧啶注射液超适应证用药研究

摘　　要：目的采用Jadad量表评估5-氟尿嘧啶注射液超说明书用药文献,评价该药在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院眼科病区使用的合理性。方法采用改良Jadad量表对文献进行评分,将≥4分作为高质量文献。结合文献,对上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院眼科2018年1月至2018年12月65份5-氟尿嘧啶注射液医嘱进行处方点评。根据国际疾病分类10版统计临床诊断情况。结果在Jadad量表法筛选的文献中,5-氟尿嘧啶主要用于原发性开角型青光眼等手术治疗,本院眼科病区使用5-氟尿嘧啶注射液有89.23%在合理用药范围,未发现药品不良反应。结论采用改良Jadad量表法筛选文献评价超说明书用药,是为超说明书用药提供循证依据的一种新的尝试。Objective To evaluate the literatures on off-label drug use of 5-fluorouracil injection by Jadad scale,so as to assess the medication rationality of 5-fluorouracil injection in ophthalmological ward of our hospital.Method Literatures were evaluated by the modified Jadad scale.Literatures with scores of more than 4 were selected as evidences for off-label drug use.A total of 65 prescriptions of 5-fluorouracil injection from January 2018 to December in ophthalmology ward of our hospital were evaluated.Clinical diagnosis was classified according to ICD-10.Result 5-fluorouracil is mainly used in the surgical treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma.In the ophthalmic ward of our hospital,89.23%of the 5-fluorouracil injection was within the range of rational medication,no adverse drug reactions were reported.Conclusion Jadad scale may be used for the assessment of medication rationality by screening high quality literatures.
