左心室相关指标及凝血因子与冠心病介入治疗预后的关系探究

摘　　要：目的:探究左心室相关指标及凝血因子与冠心病介入治疗预后的关系。方法:选取2016年7月-2019年7月本院收治的90例冠心病介入治疗患者作为观察组,另选取同时期90例健康者作为对照组。检测与比较两组左心室相关指标及凝血因子,同时比较观察组不同预后情况(不良心血管事件)者的检测水平,并采用Logistic多元回归分析处理上述研究指标与冠心病介入治疗预后的关系。结果:观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其他左心室相关指标及凝血因子均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中不同预后情况(不良心血管事件)者的检测指标水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同心血管事件者的检测指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析显示,上述左心室相关指标及凝血因子均与冠心病介入治疗预后有密切的关系(P<0.05)。结论:左心室相关指标及凝血因子与冠心病介入治疗预后有密切的关系,因此上述指标在冠心病介入治疗患者中的监测价值较高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between left ventricular related indexes,coagulation factors and prognosis of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 90 patients with interventional therapy for coronary heart disease from July 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy persons at the same time were selected as the control group.The left ventricular related indexes and coagulation factors of two groups were compared,and the detection levels of the observation group with different prognosis situation (major adverse cardiovascular events) were compared,and the relationship between those study indexes and prognosis of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease were analyzed with Logistic multiple regression analysis.Result:The left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEF) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),other left ventricular related indexes and coagulation factors were all significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The detection levels of the observation group with different prognosis situation (major adverse cardiovascular events) were compared,there were all statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the detection level of patients with different cardiovascular events (P>0.05).Logistic multiple regression analysis showed those left ventricular related indexes and coagulation factors all had close relationship to the prognosis of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease (P<0.05).Conclusion:The left ventricular related indexes and coagulation factors all have close relationship to the prognosis of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease,so the monitoring value of those indexes in the patients with interventional therapy for coronary heart disease are higher.
