三才乳腺治疗仪治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析三才乳腺治疗仪对浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1-12月本院收治的PCM患者84例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分成对照组和和观察组,每组42例。对照组予以激素治疗,观察组应用三才乳腺治疗仪、穴位疗法配合乳腺导管灌注。比较两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后乳房疼痛及乳房肿块情况、全身伴随症状情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的乳房肿块及乳房疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的两肋胀满、月经异常、情绪变化评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述情况评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三才乳腺治疗仪对PCM患者治疗效果显著,能改善其临床症状,促进其日后身体恢复,值得临床推广采用。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of sancai mammary gland therapeutic instrument on patients with plasma cell mastitis (PCM).Method:A total of 84 PCM patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received hormone therapy,the observation group was treated with mammary gland therapy apparatus and acupoint therapy combined with mammary duct perfusion.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the breast pain,breast lump and systemic concomitant symptoms were compared before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 80.95% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,breast lumps and breast pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Before the treatment,comparison of the scores of bilateral fullness,abnormal menstruation and emotional change between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the above conditions in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sancai breast therapy instrument has a significant therapeutic effect on PCM patients,can improve their clinical symptoms,promote their physical recovery in the future,and is worthy of clinical application.
