长白山野生珊瑚状猴头菌菌丝最佳培养基配方研究

摘　　要：以野生珊瑚状猴头菌(Hericium coralloides)的菌丝为原材料,研究不同培养基配方中的最佳碳源、最佳氮源和最佳无机盐。试验结果显示,葡萄糖为最佳碳源,酵母膏为最佳氮源,CaSO4为最佳无机盐。正交试验结果表明,最佳培养基配方为葡萄糖25 g·L^-1、酵母膏2.5 g·L^-1、CaSO40.3 g·L^-1、琼脂20 g·L^-1。The mycelium of wild Hericium coralloides was used as raw material to study the best carbon sources,nitrogen sources and inorganic salts in different media formulations.The results of single factor analysis showed that the best carbon source was glucose,the best nitrogen source was yeast extract,and the best inorganic salt was CaSO4.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum medium formulation was 25 g·L^-1 glucose,2.5 g·L^-1 yeast extract,0.3 g·L^-1 CaSO4 and 20 g·L^-1 agar.
