积极护理元素综合干预法在烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析予以烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者积极护理元素综合干预法的效果。方法:采用分层抽样法选取2018年1-12月本院收治的烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者60例为研究对象,采用均等双盲划分法将其中30例纳入对照组,剩余30例纳入观察组。对照组开展常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上加以积极护理元素综合干预法。比较两组的总有效率、干预前后的瘙痒评分及护理满意度评分情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的瘙痒评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1、2、3个月后,观察组的瘙痒评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在合理性、科学性、全面性以及有效性方面的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者积极护理元素综合干预法能提升其瘢痕止痒效果及护理满意度,值得采用。Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention of active nursing elements on patients with scar pruritus after burn. Method: The stratified sampling method was used to select 60 patients with postburn scar pruritus admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 as the study objects, 30 cases were divided into control group by equal double blind method, the remaining 30 cases were admitted to the observation group. Routine nursing was carried out in the control group, on the basis of the control group, the observation group was given comprehensive intervention of active nursing elements. The total effective rate, pruritus score and nursing satisfaction score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in pruritus score between the two groups(P>0.05). After 1, 2 and 3 months of nursing, the scores of pruritus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of the observation group in rationality, scientificity, comprehensiveness and effectiveness were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention method of active nursing elements for patients with burn scar pruritus can improve the effect of anti pruritus and nursing satisfaction.
