摘　　要：目的:研究分析子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产子宫下段出血的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的60例剖宫产子宫下段出血患者作为研究对象,将其根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(常规止血治疗组)30例和观察组(子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术组)30例。比较两组术后不同时间出血量、输血率、宫底高度下降幅度及术后不同时间性激素水平。结果:观察组术后不同时间出血量均少于对照组,输血率低于对照组,宫底高度下降幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不同时间性激素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产子宫下段出血的效果较好,且未对性激素造成明显不良影响,因此在本类患者中的应用价值较高。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of transverse annular compression and suture of lower uterine segment in the patients with lower uterine bleeding of cesarean section.Method:A total of 60 patients with lower uterine bleeding of cesarean section from January to December 2019 were chosen as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(routine hemostasis group)30 cases and the observation group(transverse annular compression and suture of lower uterine segment group)30 cases according to the differences of treatment treatment.Then the blood loss at different time after the operation,transfusion rates,improvement range of uterus fundus height,before and after the operation,sex hormone levels after the operation of two groups were compared.Result:The blood loss of the observation group at different time after the operation were less than those of the control group,the transfusion rate was lower than that of control group,the improvement range of uterus fundus height were bigger than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while the sex hormone levels of two groups were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transverse annular compression and suture of lower uterine segment in the patients with lower uterine bleeding of cesarean section is better,and it has no obvious bad influence for the sex hormones,so its application value in these patients is higher.
