中医特色护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎生理曲度、ODI评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中医特色护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎生理曲度、功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的影响。方法:选择2018年6月-2019年6月本院收治的112例腰椎间盘突出症患者。采用密封信封法将其分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医特色护理(针刺药罐干预)。比较两组患者疗效、疼痛情况、腰椎生理曲度、ODI评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.9%,显著高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组腰椎生理曲度值均大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组McGill疼痛评分与ODI评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.2%,显著高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理针刺药罐干预有助于提高腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效,促进患者腰椎生理曲度恢复、减轻患者疼痛及功能障碍,患者护理满意度高。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing on lumbar vertebral physiological curvature and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 112 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by sealed envelope method,56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given TCM characteristic nursing(acupuncture medicine pot intervention).The curative effect,pain,lumbar vertebral physiological curvature,ODI score and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%,it was significantly higher than 78.6%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological curvature of lumbar vertebrae in two groups were greater than those of before nursing,and the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the McGill pain score and ODI score of two groups were lower than those of before nursing,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.2%,it was significantly higher than 87.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM characteristic nursing acupuncture medicine pot intervention is helpful to improve the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation,promote the recovery of lumbar physiological curvature,reduce the pain and dysfunction of patients,and the patients have high satisfaction in nursing.
