摘 要:目的:研究测温导尿管在心脏重症患者体温监测的应用效果及对护理依从性的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月本院收治的68例心脏重症患者为研究对象,将其分别采用测温导尿管、玻璃体温计腋窝测温、红外耳温计测温。比较三类检查方式不同时间的体温检测结果,同时比较三类检查方式应用期间的护理依从性与满意度。结果:三类检查方式在入科时、次日晨起、中午及晚上体温值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。测温导尿管对首次发热检出时间优于玻璃体温计腋窝测温、红外耳温计测温,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。测温导尿管及玻璃体温计腋窝测温的护理依从性与满意度均优于红外耳温计测温,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:测温导尿管在心脏重症患者体温监测的应用效果及对护理依从性的影响均较好,因此在心脏重症患者体温监测中的应用价值较高。Objective:To study the application effect of thermometric catheter in the temperature monitoring of patients with severe heart disease and its influence on nursing compliance.Method:A total of 68 patients with severe heart diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were respectively tested by thermometer catheter,axillary temperature measurement with glass thermometer and infrared ear temperature.The results of temperature detection at different time of three types of examination methods were compared,and the nursing compliance and satisfaction during the application of three types of examination methods were compared.Result:Comparison of the temperature values of the three types of examination methods at the time of admission,the morning of the next day,noon and evening,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection time of thermometer catheter for the first fever was better than those of the axillary temperature measured by the glass thermometer and infrared ear temperature,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance and satisfaction of thermometer catheter and glass thermometer were better than that of infrared ear temperature,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of thermometric catheter in the temperature monitoring of patients with severe heart disease and the influence on nursing compliance are better,so the application value of temperature catheter in monitoring the body temperature of patients with severe heart disease is higher.
