摘 要:目的探讨诊间课堂健康教育对高血压患者脑卒中知识及焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2018年8月-2019年1月于我院心血管内科专家门诊预约就诊的高血压患者104例,按就诊日期将其分为干预组51例和对照组53例,对照组给予常规门诊健康教育,干预组接受诊间课堂健康教育;于干预前和干预4周、8周时,比较2组脑卒中知识水平及焦虑情绪。结果干预组高血压患者脑卒中知识水平明显高于对照组(F组间=9.25,P<0.01);焦虑水平明显低于对照组(F组间=8.10,P<0.01)。结论诊间课堂健康教育能改善高血压患者对脑卒中的认识,减轻患者候诊期间的焦虑情绪,值得在门诊进一步推广运用。Objective To explore the effect of health education in the clinic classroom on stroke knowledge and anxiety of patients with hypertension.Methods Totally 104 hypertension patients treated between August 2018 and January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(n=53)and an intervention group(n=51)according to the appointment date of the patients.The control group was given routine health education,while the intervention group received health education in the clinic classroom.Two groups were compared the stroke knowledge and anxiety before,as well as 4 and 8 weeks after the intervention.Results The stroke knowledge of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(F=9.25,P<0.01),while the anxiety level of the former was significantly lower than the latter(F=8.10,P<0.01).Conclusion The health education in the clinic classroom can help improve the stroke knowledge of patients and relieve their anxiety during the waiting time.It is worth further promotion in the outpatient clinics.
