摘 要:采用实验室槽式打浆机探讨复合生物酶剂优化针叶木浆打浆过程,探究酶剂类型及用量对浆料纤维形态和成纸性能的影响,筛选适合针叶木浆酶促打浆的复合生物酶配方。结果显示:当酶用量为100mg/kg、打浆30min时,自制复合生物酶促打浆的针叶木浆打浆度达66°SR。相比不加酶、单一纤维素酶、1#商品打浆酶、2#商品打浆酶打浆度提高29.41%、17.86%、12.82%、14.78%,可显著降低打浆能耗,改善纤维长度分布,提升成纸后抗张强度。In this study,the laboratory tank beating machine was used to explore the optimization of the beating process of softwood pulp with the compound enzyme agent,investigate the influence of the type and amount of enzyme agent on the fiber morphology and paper forming properties of the pulp,and find out the compound enzyme formula which is suitable for the enzymatic beating of softwood pulp.Results show that when the dosage of enzyme was 100 mg/kg and beating time was 30 min,the beating degree of softwood pulp by compound enzymatic beating reached 66°SR,which was 29.41%,17.86%,12.82%,14.78%higher than that without enzyme,single cellulose enzyme,1#commercial beating enzyme,and 2#commercial beating enzyme,which could significantly reduce sizing energy consumption,improve fiber length distribution and enhance tensile strength after paper formation.
