国产与进口医疗器械灭菌包装纸的对比研究

摘　　要：对比了国产及进口医疗器械灭菌包装纸的相关性能指标。结果表明:进口纸与国产纸表面强度均为23级,但国产纸的透气度、撕裂指数明显低于进口纸,进口纸的匀度比国产纸略差,但其最大等效孔径较小,且纸张孔径分布均匀。分析产生以上现象的原因是由于针、阔配比及表面施胶剂种类、施胶工艺不同造成的。进一步通过红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、同步热分析仪等表征仪器对于纸张抽提产物进行分析,可知进口纸与国产纸表面施胶剂的主要成分可能一致或者为同类物质。The performance targets of domestic and imported medical device sterilization packaging paper were compared.The results showed that the surface strength of the both was 23 levels,the air permeability and tearing index of the domestic paper were lower than that of imported paper,and the formation of imported paper was slightly worse than that of domestic paper,but its maximum equivalent pore size was smaller and its distribution of pore size was more homogeneous.Above results might be due to the different mass ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp in paper,the different kinds of surface sizing agent and the different surface sizing processes.In addition,the extraction of paper was analyzed by means of infrared spectrometer,elemental analyzer,simultaneous thermal analyzer,and so on.The conclusions suggested that the major ingredient of surface sizing agent might be the same substance or the homogeneous material.
