玻璃垫纸生产过程中纸面起毛纸病的分析与处理

摘　　要：采用阳离子分散松香胶酸性施胶工艺生产玻璃垫纸,在生产过程中产生黏缸,造成纸面纤维拔起纸面起毛。通过黏缸的原因分析进行了处理,提高了品质,减小操作难度,保证了批量生产的稳定性;在浆内加入少量A K D中性施胶剂,有效解决了玻璃垫纸生产过程中的黏缸造成的纸面起毛问题,满足了用户的使用要求。Acid sizing with cationic dispersion rosin is used to produce glass mat paper,which often leads to a sticky cylinder during the process,thus causing paper linting problem.After analyzing the cause of the sticky cylinder,we improves the quality,reduces the difficulty of operation,and ensures the stability in mass production;by adding a small amount of AKD neutral sizing agent into the pulp,we effectively solves the problem of paper surface linting,and meets users’requirements.
