摘　　要：为探索胶东特色民居海草房因地制宜、因材而建的生态特性及其村落的文化价值传承,在分析了海草房地域性特征、生态特性和面临问题的基础上,综述了海草房生态民居保护和开发利用、海草房村落保护等方面的研究进展,并提出海草房村落和民居保护更新策略.The purpose of this article is to explore the ecological characteristics of Jiaodong area's special seaweed houses built on local conditions and with local materials and the cultural value inheritance of the villages.Based on the analysis of regional characteristics,ecological features and the problems facing them,the article reviews the research progress of the protection and renewal of seaweed houses,and the protection of seaweed house villages,and proposes the strategy of protecting and renewing the sea cottage villages and houses.
