摘　　要：本文以“脆弱性-韧性”理论为研究对象,结合天津市历史文化街区防灾保护需求,从基础设施、建筑、街道、经济、社会、制度六个方面构架灾害评价指标体系,通过层次分析法和熵值法对各评价指标得出权重赋分结果.以天津市十四片历史文化街区作为样本进行实证研究,旨在发现安全隐患并提供相应提升对策.Choosing the theory of"vulnerability-resilience"as the research object,combining with the disaster prevention and protection needs of Tianjin historical and cultural blocks,this study constructed a disaster evaluation index system from the six aspects of infrastructure,buildings,streets,economy,society and system,and obtained a weight score result for each evaluation index through analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.This study took fourteen historical and cultural blocks in Tianjin as samples for empirical research,aiming at finding potential safety hazards and providing corresponding improvement countermeasures.
