摘 要:为了研究不同光照时间对SBR工艺反应器中的活性污泥膨胀性能的影响,本试验采用3个SBR反应器,以45 W日光灯作为光源,在温度、DO和进水水质等运行条件相同的情况下,对反应器分别在全天光照(SBR1)、昼夜间歇光照(SBR2)和全天避光(SBR3)3个条件下进行研究,观察活性污泥的沉降性能、菌群和水处理指标的变化特性.结果表明:全天光照条件时总磷去除率最高,平均去除率分别为63.41%,57.14%,49.94%;间歇光照条件下反应器COD,TN去除率最高,COD平均去除率分别为44.42%,54.27%,40.01%,TN平均去除率分别为36.70%,41.81%,36.72%;避光条件下污泥的沉降性最好,反应器SVI平均值分别为173.08,170.83,140.21 mL/g.运行期间主要优势菌种有N.Limicola,021N和M.parvicella,光照条件下0092型和N.Limicola型丝状菌的生长周期更长,全天光照条件菌丝丰度更大,避光条件下0041型丝状菌更早出现.To study the effect of different illumination time on the expansion performance of activated sludge in SBR process reactor,this experiment used three SBR reactors,with 45W fluorescent lamp as light source.Under the same operating conditions of temperature,DO and water quality,the reactor was studied under three conditions:all-day illumination(SBR1),day-night intermittent illumination(SBR2)and all-day darkness(SBR3),respectively.The sedimentation performance,change characteristics of flora and water treatment indicators of activated sludge were observed.The results showed that the removal rate of total phosphorus was the highest under all-day illumination,with an average removal rate of 63.41%,57.14%,49.94%respectively.The removal rate of COD and TN was the highest under intermittent illumination.The average removal rates of COD and TN were 44.42%,54.27%,40.01%,36.70%,41.81%,36.72%respectively.The removal rate of TN was the highest under dark conditions.The average SVI of the reactor was 173.08 mL/g,170.83 mL/g and 140.21 mL/g,respectively.The main dominant strains during operation were N.Limicola,021N and M.parvicella.The growth cycle of filamentous fungi 0092 and N.Limicola under illumination was longer,the mycelial abundance was higher under all-day illumination,and filamentous fungi 0041 appeared earlier under dark conditions.
