六味安消胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效及对胃内24h胆汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的观察六味安消胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效及对胃内24h胆汁的影响。方法选取我院收治的90例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,按电脑随机法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组以熊去氧胆酸进行治疗,观察组在其基础上联合使用六味安消胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效、症状评分、不良反应和胃内24h胆汁变化。结果治疗后,两组症状评分均有所降低且观察组降低程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组反流次数、最长反流时间以及反流时间>5min次数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以六味安消胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可改善患者症状,减少胆汁反流次数,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of bile reflux gastritis and its effect on 24 h bile in the stomach. Methods 90 cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases each. Control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid;observation group was treated with Liuwei Anxiao capsule on the basis of control group. The efficacy,symptom score,adverse reaction and 24 h bile change in the stomach were compared. Results After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,the decrease of observation group was more obvions than that of control group(P<0.05);the number of reflux,the longest reflux time and the reflux time >5 min were less than those of control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the number of bile reflux,improve the efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in treatment of bile reflux gastritis,which is worthy of promotion.
