血府逐瘀汤联合痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效及对血清EMAb、VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)临床疗效及对血清子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的82例EMS患者,随机分为两组各41例,对照组应用痛愈舒颗粒治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率、痛经和月经量评分、临床指标。结果治疗后,研究组效果优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组EMAb和VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组痛经和月经量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论EMS患者采用血府逐瘀汤联合痛愈舒颗粒治疗,疗效显著,并可提高生活质量,该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Tongyushu granule in treatment of endometriosis(EMS)and its effect on the levels of serum endometrial antibody(EMAb)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods 82 cases of patients with EMS were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases each.Control group was treated with Tongyushu granule;study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,adverse reaction rate,dysmenorrhea and menstrual volume score,and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of study group was better than that of control group;the incidence of adverse reactions of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the EMAb index and VEGF index of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the dysmenorrhea and menstrual volume scores of study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Tongyushu granule have significant curative effect on patients with EMS and can improve their quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
