苦参百部黄柏汤联合氟康唑治疗念球菌性阴道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察苦参百部黄柏汤冲洗坐浴联合氟康唑在念球菌性阴道炎患者中的疗效观察及对生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的90例念球菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组以氟康唑进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用苦参百部黄柏汤冲洗坐浴进行治疗,对比两组疗效、不良反应以及生活质量变化。结果治疗前两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组各指标水平均所有下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论念球菌性阴道炎以苦参百部黄柏汤冲洗坐浴联合氟康唑治疗,可降低患者炎症反应,提高疗效、降低不良反应以及改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sitz bath with Kushen Baibai Huangbai decoction combined with fluconazole in patients with monilial vaginitis and its influence on quality of life.Methods 90 cases of patients with monilial vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases each.Control group was treated with fluconazole,observation group received sitz bath with Kushen Baibai Huangbai decoction on the basis of control group.The efficacy,adverse reaction and the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the two groups were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of each index in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitz bath with Kushen Baibai Huangbai decoction combined with fluocinolone can reduce the inflammatory response,improve the curative effect,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients with monilial vaginitis,it is worthy of chinical application.
