针刺结合导引治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸结合导引治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。方法将78例患者依据患者门诊先后顺序随机分为针灸导引组和对照组,每组患者39例。对照组患者予以西药克罗米芬治疗,针灸导引组患者采用针灸治疗3~6个疗程后,在家里每天练习瑜伽式磕头导引300次,将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果经不同方法治疗后,针灸导引组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不孕、月经不调临床症状改善程度,以及卵泡发育情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合导引干预多囊卵巢综合征导致月经不调、不孕症临床效果显著,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with guidance in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 78 cases of patients with PCOS were randomly divided into acupuncture-guidance group and control group,39 cases each.Control group was treated with cromiphine,acupuncture-guidance group was treated with acupuncture for 3~6 courses.Yoga kowtow guidance was practiced 300 times per day at home,and the clinical treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results After treating by different methods,patients in acupuncture guidance group improved better than those in control group;the normal menstrual rate,pregnancy rate,ovulation rate were also better than those of control group,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with guidance-intervention of PCOS is effective in treatment of irregular menstruation and infertility.
