Mulligan手法结合电针颈夹脊穴对颈型颈椎病患者颈椎生理曲度与颈痛功能评分的影响

摘　　要：目的评价Mulligan手法结合电针颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病患者的临床疗效,观察本法对患者颈椎生理曲度与颈痛评分的影响。方法将72例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组采用Mulligan手法结合电针颈夹脊穴治疗。对照组采用常规理疗,包括牵引治疗、中频电疗法及TDP照射。治疗2周后评价两组临床疗效,并比较治疗前后颈椎生理曲度与颈痛评分的变化。结果治疗后,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者颈椎生理曲度均有一定程度改善,但治疗组更明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者颈痛量表评分显著降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 Mulligan手法结合电针颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病,通过调整颈段脊柱力学平衡,能更好地改善临床症状、减轻患者颈部肌肉疼痛、恢复颈椎正常生理曲度,总体疗效上明显优于常规理疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mulligan mampulation combined with electro-acupuncture(EA)at Jiaji points on patients with cervical spondylosis,and its effect on cervical curvature and cervical pain function score.Methods72 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases each.Treatment group was treated with Mulligan mampulation combined with EA at Jiaji points. Control group received conventional physiotherapy,including traction therapy,intermediate frequency electrotherapy,and TDP irradiation. After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of cervical curvature and neck pain score before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,compared with control group,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the physiology of both groups improved to some extent,and treatment group was more obvious and significant(P<0.05);the neck pain scale score was significantly lower in treatment group,compared with control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Mulligan mampulation combined with EA at Jiaji points can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the neck muscle pain and restore the normal physiological curvature of the cervical spine by adjusting the mechanical balance of cervical spine,which is significantly better than conventional physiotherapy.
