名老中医使用中药调周法在经间期治疗妇科病症初探

摘　　要：目的探讨第一至第五批全国名老中医在月经间期治疗月经病及不孕症的经验及用药规律。方法收集第一至第五批全国名老中医著作中,以及近30年中国知网数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库收录的有关中药调周法治疗月经病及不孕症的研究文献,运用EXCEL和SPSS 19.0,以频数统计、聚类分析为主,归纳总结本法的规律。结果符合条件的文献共60篇,收集方168首,共包括97味药、467个药次。挖掘出使用频数最高的单味药依次为当归、菟丝子、丹参,聚类分析得出新孕育方加减。结论诸多名老中医在经间期运用中药调周法,以补肾活血,温阳理气为主,治疗月经病及不孕症,收效甚佳。Objective To discuss the experience and medication rule of the first to fifth batches of famous veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medcine(TCM)in treating menstrual diseases and infertility during intermenstrual period.Methods The research literatures on the treatment of menstrual diseases and infertility with the method of regulating the cycle of menstrual period were collected from the first to fifth batches of famous veteran TCM doctors’works and CNKI and Wanfang databases in the past 30 years.Then the rule was summarized by frequency statistics and cluster analysis with EXCEL and SPSS 19.0.Results 60 eligible literatures,168 prescriptions were collected,including 97 kinds of herbs and 467 frequencies.The single medicines with the highest using frequency were Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza.The addition and subtraction of the new incubator was summarized by Cluster analysis.Conclusion Famous veteran TCM doctors often use the method of regulating the cycle of menstrual period to invigorate the kidney,promote blood circulation,warm yang and regulate qi,which has a good effect in treating menstrual diseases and infertility.
