摘　　要：以7-氨基-3-乙酰氧基甲基-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸(7-ACA)为起始原料,与2-噻吩乙酰氯进行酰化反应、经去乙酰基固定酰化酶(IDE)水解,再酸催化下内酯化得到头孢西丁内酯物杂质,总收率达74.17%;对合成的头孢西丁内酯物杂质(EP-C)进行了结构表征与确证。Using 7-amino-3-acetoxymethylene-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid(7-ACA)as the starting material through a series reactions including acylation with 2-thiophene acetyl chloride,hydrolysis with deacetylated immobilized acylase(IDE),and under the catalysis of acid,the cefxitin lactone was obtained with a total yield of74.17%.The structure of the synthesized cefxitin lactone was confirmed.
