摘 要:针对成庄矿5308大采高工作面过陷落柱影响区域大概率出现片帮冒顶等问题,采用超前深孔注浆加固破碎带煤体,通过确定合理的注浆孔布置参数、注浆工艺,确保工作面正常回采作业。实践表明,经过预注浆处理后,陷落柱影响区域煤体强度得到有效加强,有效防止了架前片帮和冒顶,取得了良好的经济效益。In order to solve the problem that the 5308 working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine passes through the area affected by the collapse pillar and the roof falls,the advanced deep hole grouting is adopted to reinforce the coal body in the broken zone,and the normal mining operation of the working face is ensured by determining the reasonable grouting hole layout parameters and grouting technology.The practice shows that after pre grouting treatment,the strength of the coal body in the area affected by the collapse column is effectively strengthened,the front wall and roof fall are effectively prevented,and good economic benefits are obtained.
