摘　　要：本文通过综采支架再制造技术路线研究,以及再制造方面关键技术与装备、生命周期管理方面的实践,分析煤矿井下采场环境对综采支架性能影响和综采支架再制造工艺,介绍了枣庄通晟实业有限公司在综采支架再制造取得的技术成果和产业化成效。Based on the research of technology route of fully mechanized mining support remanufacturing,and the practice of key technology and equipment,life cycle management,this paper analyzes the influence of underground mining environment on the performance of fully mechanized mining support and the technology of fully mechanized mining support remanufacturing.This paper also introduces the technical achievements and industrialization results of fully mechanized support remanufacturing in Zaozhuang Tongsheng Industrial Co.,Ltd.
