摘 要:为缩短初次来压的步距,减少老顶的自然冒落面积,降低初次来压的强度,本文以15101首采工作面为例,研究工作面形成后初采期间,采用水力压裂的工艺控制顶板垮落的施工过程。主要从设计方案、施工过程、注意事项、监测数据、工艺效果等多方面论述。实践证明该工艺控制顶板效果明显,完全满足综采工作面安全回采要求。In order to shorten the step distance of the first pressure,reduce the natural caving area of the old roof and reduce the strength of the first pressure,this paper takes 15101 first mining face as an example to study the construction process of controlling the roof collapse by hydraulic fracturing during the initial mining period after the formation of the working face.It mainly discusses the design scheme,construction process,precautions,monitoring data,process effect and other aspects.The practice shows that the control effect of the technology is obvious,and it can fully meet the requirements of safe mining in fully mechanized mining face.
