摘  要:针对阳城煤矿热害治理的实际情况,充分利用现有管路、冷却塔、机电硐室等设施,将地面电厂与井下集中制冷系统有机地结合起来。自主设计研发的单台制冷量达到3300kW、最大承压达到16MPa的井下制冷装置应用成功,实现了井下作业现场温度降低5℃的效果。Aiming at the actual situation of heat damage treatment in Yangcheng Coal Mine,the existing facilities such as pipeline,cooling tower,electromechanical chamber and so on are fully utilized to combine the ground power plant with the underground centralized refrigeration system organically.The single refrigerating capacity of the underground refrigeration unit,which is designed and developed independently,reaches 3300kW and the maximum pressure reaches 16MPa,has been successfully applied,and the effect of reducing the temperature of the underground operation site by 5°C has been realized.
