摘 要:对玻璃纤维/环氧乙烯基酯树脂复合材料进行紫外老化处理和冲击试验,研究了紫外老化时间(0,20,30,40d)及冲击能量(12.5,25.0J)对复合材料表面形貌、元素分布、化学结构以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着紫外老化时间的延长,复合材料表面颜色加深,纤维与树脂基体脱黏;老化40d后,复合材料表面元素含量及树脂的化学结构发生改变,树脂基体发生光氧老化降解;冲击能量一定时,复合材料的最大承受载荷、抗拉强度及弯曲强度均随着紫外老化时间的延长而下降;在冲击能量为12.5J和25.0J时,老化40d后复合材料的最大承受载荷较老化前的分别下降了5.2%和19.5%。The ultraviolet aging and low velocity impact experiments were conducted on glass fiber reinforced epoxy vinyl ester resin composite.The effect of ultraviolet aging time(0,20,30,40d)and impact energy(12.5,25.0J)on the surface morphology,element distribution,chemical structure and mechanical properties of the composite was studied.The results show that with the increase of ultraviolet aging time,the color of the composite surface was gradually deepened,and the fiber and the resin matrix were debonded.After aging for 40d,the surface element content and the chemical structure of resin changed,and photo-oxidation degradation of the resin matrix occurred.When the impact energy was constant,the maximum load,tensile strength and bending strength of the composite all decreased with the increase of ultraviolet aging time.After aging for 40d,the maximum load of the composites decreased by 5.2%and 19.5%when the impact energy was 12.5Jand 25.0J,respectively.
