摘 要:采用机器人辅助冷金属过渡电弧增材制造技术制备五层十五道结构的H13钢块体,研究了沉积块体的表面质量、显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:H13钢块体表面无宏观裂纹;块体主体区组织为晶粒取向均匀的针状马氏体,搭接区组织由晶粒取向杂乱的针状马氏体和不规则铁素体组成;块体主体区的平均显微硬度为479HV,远高于退火态H13钢的(254HV),而搭接区因存在铁素体,其硬度明显降低,平均值仅为381HV;冷金属过渡电弧增材制造H13钢块体的整体拉伸性能优于退火态H13钢的。H13steel blocks with a 5-layer and 15-pass structure were prepared by robotic cold metal transfer wire-arc additive manufacturing technique.The surface quality,microstructure and mechanical properties of the deposited block were investigated.The results show that there was no macro-crack on the surface of H13steel block.The structure of the body-zone of the block was acicular martensite with uniform grain orientation,and the structure of the lap-zone was composed of acicular martensite with irregular grain orientation and irregular ferrite.The average micro-hardness of the body-zone of the block was 479HV,which was much higher than that of annealed H13steel(254HV),while the hardness of the lap-zone significantly decreased due to the presence of ferrite,with the average value of 381HV.The overall tensile properties of the cold metal transfer wire-arc additive manufactured H13steel block were better than those of annealed H13steel.
