创伤性截瘫患者实施社区-家庭-医院一体化护理模式对其生活质量及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区-家庭-医院一体化护理模式对创伤性截瘫患者生活质量和负性情绪的影响。方法收集2017—2019年上海市徐汇区长桥街道社区卫生服务中心收治的创伤性截瘫患者60例,随机分为常规组和一体化组各30例。常规组采用常规护理,一体化组进行一体化护理。干预后采用简氏健康相关生活质量问卷-36和临床精神卫生症状自评量表,分别对两组生活质量和负性情绪进行评估。结果一体化组生活质量总分及各维度得分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一体化组负性情绪总均分及各因子得分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化护理模式能够有效改善创伤性截瘫患者的生活质量和负性情绪,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of community-family-hospital integration nursing mode on the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with traumatic paraplegia(TP).Methods A total of 60 patients with TP admitted to Changqiao Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District from 2017 to 2019 were randomly divided into routine group and integrated group with 30 cases in each group.The routine group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the integrated group adopted the integrated nursing mode.The quality of life and negative emotions of the two groups were assessed by Jane’s health-related quality of life questionnaire-36(SF-36)and clinical mental health symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)after intervention.Results The scores of SF-36 and all dimensions in the integrated group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of SCL-90 and all factors in the integrated group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing mode can further improve the quality of life and negative emotions of TP patients,which is worth popularizing.
