摘　　要：流量计是锅炉上重要的元件组合装置,曾经一直处于监管空白阶段。本文首先介绍了流量计的原理及常见结构。锅炉管道上的流量计主要是差压式流量计,按照结构的不同可分为:焊接式、法兰式、一体式和插入式。然后介绍在检验过程中发现流量计存在的安全隐患,如结构问题、焊接材料错用及流量计材质错用等。最后对流量计的结构、材质选择、安装及监管和检验方面进行探讨分析。Flowmeter is an important component assembly device of boiler and has been in a regulatory vacuum.This paper first introduces the principle and common structure of flowmeter.The flowmeter in boiler pipeline is mainly differential pressure flowmeter.According to the different structure of the flowmeter,it can be divided into welding flowmeter,flange flowmeter,integrated flowmeter and plug-in flowmeter.And then it introduces the safe hidden danger of the flowmeter in the inspection process,such as structural problems,welding materials misused and flow meter materials misused.Finally,the structure,material selection,installation,monitoring and inspection of flowmeter are discussed and analyzed.
