摘  要:提出了一种气力针穴式育苗播种机,并进行了整机和主要部件的结构设计,选取白果强丰番茄种子进行了播种性能试验。以影响播种性能的吸种负压、排种针夹角、吸种距离为主要变量,设计和分析正交试验,确定上述主要因素对播种性能的影响程度,并根据设计指标对这三种因素进行了优化和多次验证。优化结果的合格指数均值为95.4%,漏播指数均值为2.7%,重播指数均值为1.9%,各行排量一致性变异系数均值为2.9%。试验结果为后续精密播种机的改进提供了参考。The paper presented a pneumatic needle-type seedling planter,and carried out the structural design of the whole machine and main components,selected Ginkgo biloba tomato seeds to do sowing performance test.The main variables were negative seed suction pressure,angle of seed discharge needle and seed suction distance,which affected the seeding performance,designed and analyzed the orthogonal test,to determine the influence degree of the above main factors on the sowing performance,according to the design index,the three factors were optimized and verified many times,the optimization results showed that the mean of qualified index was 95.4%,the average value of the missed index was 2.7%,the average value of the replay index was 1.9%,and the mean coefficient of variation of the uniformity of each row was 2.9%.The test results are provided for reference for the improvement of the subsequent precision seed drill.
