摘 要:目的分析小儿哮喘治疗前后的血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)以及循环内皮细胞(CEC)等指标改变情况。方法选取100例2017年3月—2019年3月本院收治的哮喘患儿为研究组,根据病情严重程度分为轻度(30例)、中度(40例)和重度哮喘组(30例),另选取同期本院健康体检患儿40例为对照组,比较所有研究对象的血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化碳(NO)和循环内皮细胞(CEC)水平。结果对照组ET-1为(61.8±5.4)pg/mL,NO为(67.6±5.8)μmol/L,CEC为(4.2±1.1)个/0.9μL,与研究组治疗前后各指标比较,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。中度、重度哮喘组血清ET-1、NO和CEC均显著高于轻度组(P<0.05)。中度组患儿的血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和(CEC)循环内皮细胞水平低于重度组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。87例治疗有效患儿的血清ET-1为(105.6±12.8)pg/mL、NO为(85.2±7.9)μmol/L和CEC为(5.1±0.8)个/0.9μL,与13例治疗无效患儿的血清各指标比较,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘发病后血清ET-1、NO和CEC会出现异常升高的情况,其水平升高情况与哮喘严重程度有关,在病情得到控制后各指标会逐渐趋于正常,可将血清ET-1、NO和CEC作为判断哮喘患儿病情及疗效的重要指标。Objective To analyze the changes of serum endothelin-1(et-1),nitric oxide(NO)and circulating endothelial cells(CEC)in children with asthma before and after treatment.Method Chose 100 cases in March 2017 to March 2019 asthmatic children as research group in our hospital,according to the illness severity was divided into mild(30 cases),moderate(40 cases)and severe asthma group(30 cases),another select healthy check-up with 40 patients with the same period as the control group,compare all the research object of serum levels of ET-1,NO and CEC.Results ET-1 in the control group was(61.8±5.4)pg/mL,NO(67.6±5.8)mumol/L,CEC(4.2±1.1)mul/0.9 um L,with significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups before and after treatment.Serum et-1,NO and CEC in the group with moderate and severe asthma were significantly higher than those in the group with mild asthma(P<0.05).Serum et-1,NO and CEC levels in children in the moderate group were lower than those in the severe group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Serum ET-1 was(105.6±12.8)pg/mL,NO(85.2±7.9)um/L and CEC(5.1±0.8)um/0.9 um L in 87 cases,which were significantly different from those in 13 cases(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum et-1,NO and CEC will increase abnormally after the onset of childhood asthma,which is related to the severity of asthma.After the condition is under control,all indicators will gradually become normal.Serum et-1,NO and CEC can be used as important indicators to judge the condition and efficacy of children with asthma.
