摘　　要：目的:探讨术前应用呼吸功能训练器对二尖瓣成形术后患者肺功能及心脏康复的影响。方法:对2016年1月至2019年12月,就治于陕西省人民医院心外科的72例预行二尖瓣成形术患者进行回顾性分析,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规的呼吸训练,观察组采用呼吸功能训练器进行训练,观察两组术后患者FEV1、氧合指数、氧分压、带呼吸机时间、LVEF值及反流量,分析呼吸功能训练器对心肺功能的影响。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、氧分压、氧合指数及EF值高,带呼吸机时间及住ICU时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸功能训练器可改善行二尖瓣成形术的患者肺功能,并有效促进心肺康复。Objective:To evaluate the effect of preoperative respiratoy functional exercise on postoper-ative cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in patients under mitral valve annuloplasty.Methods:A retrospective analysis on 72 cases of mitral valvuloplasty patients from January 2016 to December 2019,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group were given conventional breathing training,and the experimental group were given respiratoy functional exercise training.The postoperative ventilator time,oxygenation index,EF value and regurgitation in two groups were observed,and the effects on cardiopulmonary function were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the postoperative ventilator support time and ICU stay time of the observation group were short,and the FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、oxygen partial pressure,PaO2/FiO2 and EF values were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Respiratory function exercise may improve lung function in patients went mitral valvuloplasty and promote cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
