合肥都市圈现代农业发展现状及其对农业生产组织形式的影响

摘　　要：从生产、生活和生态3个维度出发,基于熵权法构建了合肥都市圈现代农业发展水平评估指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法测评2016—2018年合肥都市圈现代农业发展水平,并进一步分析其对农业生产组织形式的影响。研究表明,合肥都市圈现代农业生产、农业生态水平呈现稳中下降的趋势,农业生活水平增速缓慢。需调整目前的农业生产经营主体结构及其合作方式,围绕都市圈农业创新链和产业链构建多元化的合作体系。Starting from the three dimensions of production,life and ecology,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the modern agricultural development level of Hefei metropolitan circle based on the entropy weight method,evaluates the modern agricultural development level of Hefei metropolitan circle from 2016 to 2018 by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and further analyzes its impacts on the agricultural production organization forms.The research indicates that the levels of modern agricultural production and ecology in Hefei metropolitan circle are in a steady declining trend,and the growth speed of agricultural living standards is slow.It is necessary to adjust the current main structure of agricultural production and operation and its cooperation methods,and to build a diversified cooperation system by focusing on the agricultural innovation chain and industrial chain in the metropolitan circle.
