摘　　要：新时代是价值观念冲突频发的时代。新时代价值观念冲突不仅展现出破坏性与建设性并存,主导性与多元性互动,民族性与世界性同在的现实图景,而且具有多元价值的前提性冲突,异质文化的差异性冲突,利益诉求的根源性冲突,人的争夺的实质性冲突的深刻意蕴。新时代价值观念冲突化解与思想政治教育现代化发展具有密切联系,思想政治教育导向功能、目标定位、内容要素以及主体素养的现代化发展,是应对新时代价值观念冲突的重要策略,助力新时代价值观念冲突的有效化解。It is easy to appear the value conflicts in the new era.The value conflicts in the new era not only show the realistic situations of the coexistence of destruction and construction,the interaction of dominance and pluralism as well as the integration of nationality and cosmopolitan,but also have very profound implications,including prerequisite conflicts of pluralistic value,difference conflicts of heterogeneous culture,root conflicts of interest demands and substantive conflicts of human struggle.The mitigation of the value conflicts is related to the modernization development of ideological and political education.The guiding function,goal orientation and content elements of ideological and political education as well as the modernization development of subject accomplishment are important strategies to cope with the value conflicts in the new era,which will be helpful to reconcile conflicts.
