摘　　要：陈云是中国社会主义经济建设的开创者和奠基人之一,形成了既符合马克思主义基本原理和中国国情又具有鲜明特色的经济思想。他一贯倡导"不唯上、不唯书、只唯实,交换、比较、反复"的思想路线和思想方法,主要精力从来是放在观察和解决每个时期经济工作中出现的实际问题上。在经济工作中,陈云始终坚持满足最广大人民群众日益增长的物质和精神生活需要这一最终目的,始终认为国民经济能做到按比例发展就是最快的速度,提出了"短线平衡""紧张平衡""不折腾"等主张,始终强调市场调节必须在国家统一计划的指导下发挥作用,使经济在宏观上得到控制,始终主张对外开放要"解放思想、实事求是,以我为主、做强自己"。陈云的经济思想,至今仍对我们的经济生活发挥着广泛而深刻的影响,闪耀着真理的光辉。历史告诉我们,真理是要经过实践反复检验的,也是一定能够经得住实践反复检验的。One of the founders of China’s socialist economic construction,Chen Yun established the economic thought that not only conforms to the basic principles of Marxism and China’s national conditions,but also boasts of its own distinctive characteristics.He always advocated the ideological line and method of"centering reality instead of blindly worshiping higher authority and books,exchanging opinions,comparing and turning ideas over ",and focused on observing and solving the practical problems in economic work in each period.As for economic work,Chen Yun had been adhering to the ultimate goal of meeting the growing material and spiritual needs of the overwhelming majority of the people,constantly believed that the fastest speed was the proportional development of the national economy,and put forward propositions like "short-term balance","tension balance" and "no setbacks".He always stressed that market regulation must play a role under the guidance of the national unified plan.In order to control the economy at a macro level,Chen always advocated the opening up should be based on"emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts,focusing on ourselves and strengthening ourselves".Chen Yun’s economic thought still exerts a wide and profound influence on our economic life and shines with the brilliance of truth.History has it that truth must be tested repeatedly by practice and that it is sure to stand the repeated test by practice.
