摘　　要：高血压是目前世界范围内严重威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题.高血压患病率高、治愈率低是常见问题.因为长期的高负荷状态,心肌会出现肥厚,导致心肌功能的衰退,出现高血压性心脏病.其次可能出现高血压性的脑损害,如卒中、脑溢血及一过性脑缺血等,因此心肌肥厚的产生与高血压密不可分.心肌肥厚是心肌细胞在多种刺激下发生失代偿反应,最终导致心力衰竭甚至猝死,严重影响高血压的治疗和预后,也致心肌肥厚迁延不愈.作者查阅大量近年中外文献,总结并探究高血压性心肌肥厚的相关信号通路等分子学机制,以期对发掘疾病的病因,临床用药和治疗提供帮助.Hypertension is a public health problem that is a serious threat to human health in the world.High prevalence of hypertension and low cure rate are common problems.Due to the long-term high-load condition,the heart muscle will become hypertrophy,resulting in a deterioration of the cardiac function and a high-pressure heart disease.Second,there may be hypertensive cerebral damage,such as stroke,cerebral hemorrhage and transient cerebral ischemia,so the generation of cardiac hypertrophy is closely related to the high blood pressure.Cardiac hypertrophy is a decompensated reaction of the cardiac muscle cells due to a variety of stimuli.Resulting in heart failure and even sudden death,it seriously affects the treatment and prognosis of high blood pressure and also causes the myocardial hypertrophy to be delayed.Therefore,the authors have reviewed the literatures in recent years and explored the related signal pathways of hypertensive myocardial hypertrophy,in order to explore the cause of the disease,clinical medication and treatment to provide help.
