摘 要:目的分析讨论细节管理融入消毒供应室护理管理中的效果。方法随机将2016年5月—2018年11月期间该院消毒供应室中22名医务人员纳入到讨论中,此期间将细节管理融入到消毒供应室中,实施前后调查其医务人员护理质量、满意度等。结果实施前风险事件发生率28.57%高于实施后2.86%,实施前合格率76.00%低于实施后98.00%(P<0.05)。实施后医务人员安全意识、错误防范意识、服务意识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实施前护理满意度54.55%低于实施后86.36%(P<0.05)。结论将细节管理融入到医院消毒供应室护理管理中,可提升满意度、护理质量。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of detail management in nursing management of disinfection supply room.Methods Randomly included 22 medical staff in the disinfection supply room of the hospital from May 2016 to November 2018.During this period,detailed management was integrated into the disinfection supply room,and the quality and satisfaction degrees and so on of their medical staff were investigated before and after implementation.Results The incidence of risk events before implementation was 28.57%higher than 2.86%after implementation,and the pass rate before implementation was 76.00%lower than 98.00%after implementation(P<0.05).The scores of safety awareness,error prevention awareness and service awareness of medical staff were higher than those of the control group after implementation(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree before implementation was 54.55%,which was lower than 86.36%after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating detail management into nursing management of hospital disinfection supply room can improve satisfaction and quality of care.
