“五常法”管理在麻醉恢复室护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究"五常法"在麻醉恢复室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1-12月在该院进入PACU的患者160例,2018年1-6月80例患者为对照组,2018年7-12月80例患者为观察组,两组患者均实施普通的护理常规。观察组在对照组基础上实施"五常法"模式管理。对比两组患者的并发症及患者及家属满意度。结果观察组呼吸系统、循环系统、肾脏、其他方面的并发症分别为13(16.25%)、6(7.50%)、5(6.25%)、10(12.50%)、33(41.25%),而对照组分别为16(20.00%)、11(13.75%)、8(10.00%)、18(22.50%)、53(66.25%),观察组明显低于对照组(χ^2=14.341,P=0.003<0.05)。观察组患者满意度、家属满意度分别为95.00%、96.25%高于对照组85.00%、87.50%(χ^2=22.104、24.761,P<0.05)。结论将"五常法"管理模式用于麻醉恢复室护理管理中,有利于患者并发症的控制及护理质量的提高,且明显提高了患者及家属的满意度,值得推广。Objective To study the application value of "5S" in nursing management of anesthesia recovery room. Methods 160 patients who entered PACU in the hospital from January to December 2018, and 80 patients from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group. From July to December 2018, 80 patients were in the observation group, and the two groups were given general nursing routines. The observation group implemented the "5S" mode management based on the control group. The complications and patient and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The complications of the respiratory system, circulatory system, kidney, and other aspects in the observation group were 13(16.25%), 6(7.50%), 5(6.25%), 10(12.50%), 33(41.25%), and the control group were 16(20.00%), 11(13.75%), 8(10.00%),18(22.50%), and 53(66.25%). The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(χ^2=14.341, P=0.003<0.05).Patient satisfaction and family satisfaction of the observation group were 95.0% and 96.25% higher than the control group of 85.00% and 87.50%, respectively(χ^2=22.104, 24.761, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the "5S" management model in the nursing management of anesthesia recovery room is beneficial to the control of patient complications and the improvement of the quality of care, and it significantly improves the satisfaction of patients and their families, which is worthy of promotion.
