摘　　要：目的探讨门诊护理管理中护理风险管理的运用价值。方法选取2015年6 325例门诊就诊的患者,采取常规门诊护理管理,设定为对照组,选取2017年6 325例门诊就诊的患者,在对照组基础上实施护理风险管理,设定为观察组。对比两组患者投诉及患者满意度、护理人员考核合格情况。结果观察组投诉率(0.02%)明显低于对照组(0.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度(99.97%)高于对照组(99.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论考核合格人数合格率(100.00%)、操作考核合格率(97.67%)均高于对照组(90.48%、88.10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理管理中护理风险管理的运用价值较高,可预防纠纷,提高患者满意度,且增强护理人员护理水平,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 6 325 outpatients were selected in 2015, and routine outpatient nursing management was adopted as the control group. A total of 6 325 outpatients in 2017 were selected, and nursing risk management was implemented based on the control group. Compare the two groups of patient complaints, patient satisfaction, and nursing staff assessment qualifications. Results The complaint rate in the observation group(0.02%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.11%), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The patient satisfaction rate in the observation group(99.97%) was higher than that in the control group(99.79%). Statistical significance(P<0.05);the qualified rate of the number of theoretically qualified people in the observation group(100.00%) and the qualified rate of operational assessment(97.67%) were higher than those of the control group(90.48%, 88.10%), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management has higher application value in outpatient nursing management, which can prevent disputes, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance the nursing staff’s nursing level, which has high clinical application value.
