摘　　要：目的分析在妇产科手术室护理中采取安全护理管理模式的临床效果。方法选入该院于2017年8月-2019年3月期间妇产科进行手术的患者66例,以抽签法的形式将其分为研究组和对照组,分别为33例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在此基础上加行安全护理管理模式,对比两组患者的各类护理不安全事件的发生概率、各项护理质量评分。结果研究组各类护理不安全事件的发生概率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术室护理中进行安全护理管理模式,可以减少不安全事件的发生,医患纠纷等,提高了护理质量,促使手术能够顺利的进行,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of adopting a safe nursing management model in nursing of gynecological and obstetric operating rooms. Methods 66 patients with gynecology and obstetrics in the hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected, and they were divided into study group and control group by drawing method, with 33 cases respectively. The control group received routine nursing care, and the research group added the safety nursing management model on the basis of this. The two groups of patients were compared with the occurrence probability of various unsafe care events and the quality of each nursing quality score. Results The incidence of various types of nursing unsafe events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of each care quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The management mode of safety nursing in the nursing of obstetrics and gynecology operation room can reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents, doctor-patient disputes, etc., improve the quality of care and promote the smooth operation of surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
