摘　　要：目的探究导致医院发生骨科感染的相关影响因素,并采取有效的管理对策。方法选取75例在2018年7月-2019年5月该院骨科收治的患者,对导致医院发生骨科感染的相关影响因素进行总结分析,并采取有效的管理对策。统计分析对策实施前后感染发生率情况。结果与对策实施前(12%)相比,对策实施后骨科感染发生率(4%)较低(χ^2=10.842,P<0.05)。结论导致医院发生骨科感染的相关影响因素十分复杂,主要包括环境因素、制度因素、管理因素及人员因素等,通过采取有效的管理对策,能够促进骨科感染发生率有效降低。Objective To explore the influencing factors of orthopedic infections in hospitals and to take effective management countermeasures. Methods A total of 75 patients who were admitted to the orthopaedic department of this hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 were selected to summarize and analyze the related influencing factors leading to the occurrence of orthopedic infection in the hospital, and take effective management countermeasures. Statistical analysis of the incidence of infection before and after the implementation of countermeasures. Results Compared with before the implementation of the countermeasures(12%), the incidence of orthopedic infections after the implementation of the countermeasures(4%) was lower(χ^2=10.842, P<0.05). Conclusion The influencing factors of orthopedic infections in hospitals are very complicated, including environmental factors, institutional factors, management factors and personnel factors. By taking effective management measures, the incidence of orthopedic infections can be effectively reduced.
