摘 要:目的研究大庆市某一学校中乙型流感暴发有关的流行病学。方法借助描述性流行病学方式对大庆市某一学校中乙型流感暴发有关的流行病学进行分析与研究,观察其结果。结果疫情在第15日病例总数十分迅速地得到升高,在第18日到了最高峰,在第21日回至低位,末例在第25日。采集咽拭子并对其就乙型流感病毒进行检测,体温高于38℃的总阳性率共70.00%;对血清乙型流感IgM抗体进行检测,体温高于38℃的总阳性率共90.00%,体温低于38℃的总阳性率共70.00%,没有症状的总阳性率共20.00%。结论在乙型流感出现暴发与流行的时间曲线中,在其暴发前期需要共2个最长的潜伏期,在暴发期、后期中都需要共3个最长的潜伏期;血清乙型流感IgM抗体与患者体温的高低间体现为正向的关系。Objective To study the epidemiology of influenza B outbreaks in a school in Daqing. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze and study the epidemiology of influenza B outbreaks in a school in Daqing and observe the results. Results The total number of cases increased rapidly on the 15th day, reached its peak on the 18th day,returned to the low level on the 21st day, and the last case on the 25th day. Collected throat swabs and tested them for influenza B virus. The total positive rate of body temperature above 38℃ was 70.00%. The detection of serum influenza B IgM antibodies was 90.00% of body positive rate. The total positive rate of body temperature below 38℃ was 70.00%, and the total positive rate of asymptomatic was 20.00%. Conclusion In the time curve of outbreak and epidemic of influenza B, a total of 2 longest incubation periods are required in the early period of the outbreak, and a total of 3 longest incubation periods are required in the outbreak period and the later period;serum IgM antibodies against influenza B snd the patient’s temperature is reflected in a positive relationship.
