摘　　要：随着信息化的推广应用,在医院管理中,OA系统已得到普遍运用。该文以安贞医院OA系统开发中的管理问题为例,介绍了OA系统实施的意义,系统结构、功能特点。结合OA系统开发过程中系统分析等四个阶段遇到的管理问题,并提出解决方案,保证开发进度和实际工作需求,提升OA系统的工作使用效率、降低医院运营成本,促进医院管理水平的提高。With the popularization and application of information technology, OA systems have been widely used in hospital management. This article takes the management problems in the development of OA system in Anzhen Hospital as an example, and introduces the significance of OA system implementation, system structure and functional characteristics.Combining the management problems encountered in the four stages of system analysis during the OA system development process, and proposed solutions to ensure the development progress and actual work requirements, improve the working efficiency of the OA system, reduce hospital operating costs, and promote the improvement of hospital management.
